Stir-fried Prawns with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- Prawns 450 g [meat, deveined and dried]
- Snow peas/Mangetout 200 g
- Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]
- Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Marinade
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee White Peppercorn Powder 1/2 tsp
Sauce Mix
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Corn starch 1/2 tsp
- Water 2 1/2 tbsp

How to make it

Mix prawns with marinade.

Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute minced garlic until fragrant. Add prawns and stir-fry until done.

Pour in sauce mix, snow peas and green onion. Stir well for about 2 minutes until heated through.
