  • Bean vermicelli/Bean threads 90 g
  • Minced pork 30 g
  • Ginger (s), shredded A little
  • Green onion(s), shredded A little
  • Garlic, shredded A little

  • Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Soak bean vermicelli in water until soft. Drain.
  2. Saute ginger, green onion and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add minced pork and stir-fry until done. Stir in bean vermicelli, seasoning mix and heat through.
