Char Siu Stir Fry with Rice Noodles
What you’ll need
Ingredients
- Rice Noodles 400g
- Char Siu, Shredded 90g
- Mushrooms, Shredded 30g
- Carrots, Shredded 40g
- Leek sprout, Cut 30g
- Egg, shredded 1pc
- Bean Sprouts 150g
- Chinese celery 30g
- Shrimp, Diced 10g
Seasoning
- Concentrated Chicken Bouillon 4tsp
- Water 70ml

How to make it

Before cooking, soak noodles in hot water per packet directions, then drain.

Fry the shredded carrots and mushrooms in a saucepan with 2tbsp oil. Add the Chicken Bouillion and 70ml water to the pan.

Saute the rice noodles until the sauce is absorded.

Add all the remaining ingredients with a drop of 1tbsp oil to the saucepan and toss for 2 minutes.
