Spicy Instant Noodles with Oyster Sauce

- Instant Noodles 2 pc (200g)
- Ham, shredded 100g
- Carrot, shredded 50g
- Green Onion, shredded 2 pcs
- Egg, beaten 2 pcs
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil 1 tsp

How to make it

To make an egg sheet, pan fry the egg beat using a little bit of oil. Shred eggs in to fine strips and set aside

Cook the instant noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and ladle in a bowl.

Add all ingredients and seasoning mix into the noodles. Toss well to serve hot.
