  • Enoki mushroom(s) 150 g [cut into pieces]
  • Portabello mushroom 150 gcut into pieces
  • Carrot (s) 50 g [sliced]
  • Green peas 50 g [defrosted]
  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Coconut Curry Vegetables 70 g [1 pack]

How to make it

  1. Stir-fry carrot and green peas in 1 tbsp oil.
  2. Add assorted mushrooms and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Coconut Curry Vegetables.
  3. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes
