What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Fresh Squid 250 g / 8 oz (cut into pieces)
  • Prawns 250 g / 8 oz (shelled and deveined)
  • Onion 1/2 (cut into pieces)
  • Carrot 25 g/ 1 oz (sliced)

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood [60 g]

How to make it

  1. Stir-fry onion in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. 
  2. Add carrot, squid and prawns. Stir well until seafood is done.
  3. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood. Stir well quickly until heated through.
