Ingredients

  • Spare rib (s) 450 g [cut into long sections]
  • Shallots 4 pcs [chopped]
  • Chilli 1 tbsp [Red, shredded]
  • Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic 1 tbsp [minced]
  • Cooking wine 1 tbsp

Marinade

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp.

Sauce Mix

  • Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce 6 tbsp
  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp

How to make it

  1. Marinate spare ribs for 30 minutes.
  2. Deep-fry spare ribs in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  3. Saute minced garlic, shallots and red chilli in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
  4. Add spare ribs and stir well. Sprinkle with wine.
  5. Add sauce mix and cook until heated through.
