  • Corn starch 1 tsp.

How to make it

  1. Mix sliced pork with marinade. Set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil and stir-fry pork until 80% done. Add bell pepper and Choy Sun Oyster Sauce. 
  3. Continue to stir-fry until fully cooked.
