  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp [optional]

  • Lee Kum Kee Satay Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 3 tbsp

How to make it

  1. Steam sweet potato on high heat for about 15 minutes until done.
  2. Drain and cool.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix. Serve hot or cold.
  4. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut just before serving.
